1) Loan Officer

Commercial banks and lending institutions need loan officers. Loan officers help clients fill up the application forms for loans and review them for credit decision. They work in a quiet environment and are supposed to analyze loan applications using computer software.

2) Mortgage Broker

These are trained professional who work with clients and lenders. Mortgage brokers serve as a link between the lenders and the clients. They explain the types and nature of various loan schemes to the customers and get commission in return. You find the post of mortgage broker in small companies. They have to advertise their services and charge competitive rates.

3) Mortgage Settlement Agent

These agents work as a link between lenders and clients during loan closing process. They prepare settlement statement and the other important documents in mortgage settlement. Title insurance companies and third party company other than the lending company need mortgage settlement agents.
